Our childminding creche service is here to make your training simple, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. While you focus on your workout, your little ones are cared for in a safe, welcoming, and supervised environment.
We know how hard it can be to prioritise your health when you’ve got kids. That’s exactly why we offer this service – so you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and looking after them.
Our creche is designed to keep children entertained, comfortable, and secure while you train just metres away. It’s not about babysitting – it’s about giving you the space to show up consistently, knowing your kids are in good hands.
Creche Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:45am & 9:45am
Monday – Thursday: 5:00pm
Saturday: 7:30am
Because when you take care of your health, you’re showing up better for your family too.
